The only decent manual Mazda5 for sale around me has been wrecked multiple times.

Is it too much to ask for?

Buy one somewhere else?

If it’s not worth a day trip to you buy then I’d look into other cars. Buying out of market can be cheaper and offset the travel costs.

Found that one, it's apparently been for sale 6 months.

Yeah, that happens though for cars that are unique. It’s a little long, but I’d be surprised, as a dealer, if I could sell a manual minivan inside of 2-4 months.

It’s tricky. The Mazda5 is thousands of dollars cheaper with similar miles/age. It’s obscenely good van value. I test drove an 07 Odyssey with 160k and a dead battery that was also in my budget.
